Vacuumed furnace with the max working temperature at 2000°C is not an easy job. Your furnaces are reliable for its temperature uniformity, safety precautions, accurate performance monitoring and recording.

The Kilovac Division of Tyco Electronics has six T-M Vacuum Products vacuum brazing furnaces in operation. These furnaces are used for a variety of critical manufacturing processes, many of them for eventual use in flight applications. T-M furnaces have been used continuously in our operation for more than thirty years. We have found them to be highly reliable and particularly in the case of the later models, very easy to program and use.

I am quite pleased with the final TM product.
The user interface is one of the best I have ever seen on any tool.
Temperature uniformity was +-1C at 1000C vs. spec of +-3 based on our hot zone survey.
Very simple to operate and many automated safety features.
UPS supply to controller is great
Simple printer onboard is very handy to capture screen shots for acceptance testing and run archiving Quiet operation
Fit and finish very nice
Excellent hard copy manuals (4) + CD
Frankly makes my 2007 Xxxxxxx (other manufacturer) look like a Dinosaur!
Only open points are the spare hot zone and spare parts we ordered. If spare parts ready, please send in advance. I realize HZ will take some time.
So well done ..... 1 know this was not easy .... but results were well worth the wait.
As i told Peter, we have changed our process so we will not be going to 1850C very often.
Will be used at 1500C most of the time. I expect HZ will last a very long time at these lower temps. I will try to give you more lead time on the next one ....

We here at CAD Enterprises have been using and enjoying the furnaces we purchased from T-M for over 10 years. We have found the units to be well built and fully in line with the expectations we had for the units when placing the orders.
We currently have four units (2 older models and 2 newer within the last 3 years) and have no issues with them whatsoever. The tech team at T-M was very helpful from the Purchasing through Implementation stages of the process of acquiring and set-up of the units and we could not be happier.
